It has been almost 3 months since obtaining possession of our new home.  We are so grateful and extremely happy, and we have Kendell to thank entirely.  When my spouse and I first decided to start the journey of finding our first home, we weren't sure of exactly what we were looking for, or even where.  Kendell was always available to hear our different ideas and was so patient while we acquired our groove of viewing the 15+ homes.  We wanted someone who would be honest with us, and make us feel they were on teh advenure with us, not just steering us towards certain homes or prices.  This was our first home. We purchased our 1st house with Kendell and it was an incredible experience all along the way. Just prior to purchasing our house, Paul and I both started to think of settling for 2nd best and compromising some of the things we wanted. Kendell would always echo, don't worry, you'll find the right house. You'll know. She never gave us any pressure to purchase prematurely. After 3 months of looking, she phoned us after work and said a house just came on the market and strongly encouraged us to look at it. She set up the viewing quickly and we went to view that evening. When Paul and I walked in, it was exactly as she had said. We loved it! The offer process started and did not stop until 3 am that morning. Before we knew it, we were moving into our house a month later with the best possible deal. Our house is amazing. Kendell has in-depth knowledge of many areas of houses and has a keen eye for trouble spots. Kendell was hugely strategic, working quickly and firmly with the owners and agent on conditions, offers and time frames. During the time we got to know her, she was persistent, hugely focused, an excellent researcher, has outstanding follow-through, committed to our ideals, even though they changed occasionally, always returned our calls, kept optimistic during discouraging times, and had an excellent base of contractors if we needed them for renovations. Her awareness of the housing market is admirable. With us, Kendell had an innate sense of searching out the right fit between us and our house. She comes with high recommendations.
